As Luke continues to visit the Dream World the group (Connor, Luke, and Hope) learn from Xavier something that scares them: The Divine Leader wants to invade the Real World. They don’t have the strength to stop her so the three embark on a quest to find the other Councilors through spying and magic. Join them to see if they can succeed.
On the other side, the Divine Leader has no plans of letting anything get in her way of destroying the Real World as she finds a third recruit to work for her, the Earth Councilor. This new recruit joins Albert and Marsha, but she seems to be insane. Can the three kids ever learn to work together?
Chapter one (preview)“Where are we going?” Rose asked, watching Chloe as she packed. Three kids had just gone away to the location of the Second Artifact, but they would not be following.
“A trip,” Chloe said with a giggle as she finished packing up their one bag. Happily she handed it off to Rose, who carried it with no complaints. No words passed between the two as Rose grabbed Chloe’s hand. “I’d like a bit of a warning,” Rose finally admitted, giving up on waiting for Chloe to explain on her own. “Well,” Chloe said, a bit overdramatic, “We’re checking up on the future of the portal site, duh!” Rose nodded; she should have figured. No way would Chloe be patient enough to see if Hope and her friends succeeded without taking a sneak peek into the future to satisfy her curiosity.
